About The Rozansky Group

Meet Our Team

The Changing DC Metro Area

It’s often said that the only thing constant is change.  In 1977, when I obtained my real estate license, realtors relied upon legwork, phone calls and simple print advertising to sell homes.  Today, computers give us access to information twenty four hours a day, cell phones have replaced landlines, and the internet is often the first source that sellers and buyers turn to when their thoughts turn to real estate.

Over the past 30 years, I’ve watched the landscape of the metropolitan Washington area change drastically, with small suburban towns like Bethesda and Rockville being transformed into major employment centers and cultural destinations. Silver Spring has undergone an amazing revitalization, and the nation’s capital is again home to a major league baseball team and a highly sought-after place to live. The Northern Virginia suburbs are one of the east coast’s high-technology hubs, and areas like Tysons Corner and McLean offer shopping and restaurants that are world class.

Excellent Customer Service

Yet, while many aspects of selling real estate have changed one thing hasn’t.  The fundamental ability to understand the needs of each and every client is still the most integral part of my job.  Each of my team members brings a high level of enthusiasm and hands-on experience to this business. Using the latest technology and with the utmost respect for the goals of our clients, my team and I pride ourselves on keeping a steady flow of communication throughout the home buying and selling experience.  It isn’t magic, it’s good old-fashioned customer service.

Navigate the Real Estate World with Us

So when you’re ready to make a move, contact The Rozansky Group--by phone, by email, or by whatever means you choose.  It is our full-time avocation to help you navigate the sometimes confusing world of buying or selling a greater Bethesda, MD home, and we are dedicated to making it a smooth and successful process.  The strength of any offer often lies in the negotiating skills of the realtor, and The Rozansky Group is known for putting deals together—whether it’s a buyer’s market or a seller’s market.

With over $1,250,000,000 in sales, I have been honored for the past 8 years to be recognized among the Top Real Estate Teams in the U.S. by the Wall Street Journal, and I still get great satisfaction in seeing my clients turn a house into a home.  Whether you’re looking for your first Montgomery County home or your retirement retreat, 1031 exchange information or real estate investment opportunities, and whether you’re looking in Maryland, Washington, D.C. or Virginia, it would be my great pleasure to help you make the most informed real estate decision you possibly can.  Even after 35 years, I consider myself incredibly fortunate to be in a job that I love in a business that is always changing.
